Vanganga Lake Garden, Silvassa

Vanganga Lake Garden is one of the must-visit places in Dadra and Nagar Haveli, which is located about 5 km from the capital city Silvassa. Surrounded by verdant greenery, this lake attracts the local as well as tourists, who visit this beautiful land. It has Japanese style wooden bridges and thatched huts, which adds to its beauty. It has a placid lake and the garden is carpeted with flowers which magnetizes horde of visitors from near and far. The entire park sprawls over 92 sq km and the Lion Safari Wildlife Park covers an area of 25 hectares of land. Satmaliya Deer Park, Silvassa

Another popular tourist place in the Union territory is Satmaliya Deer Park. It is home to different variety of antelopes and deer such as Black bucks, Sambhar, Chital, etc. Besides deer and antelopes, this park is also an abode of a variety of avifauna such as Woodpecker, peacock, thrushes, flameback, etc. It is located on the Kandvel-Silvassa road and is close to the Lion Safari Wildlife Park. Tribal Cultural Museum, Silvassa
